Terms of service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of pipehalo.com and the PipeHalo service, provided by PipeHalo LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you use PipeHalo on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If your company has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

The service

PipeHalo analyzes advertising and sales pipeline data that you connect, and provides flags, explanations, recommendations and reports. PipeHalo is in an early pilot stage. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure the people you invite follow these terms.
• You must be at least 18 and using PipeHalo for business purposes.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you connect or upload. You grant PipeHalo permission to process it only to provide and support the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to connect each account and share its data with us, and that doing so complies with the terms of the platforms involved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use PipeHalo in violation of any law or any connected platform's terms;
• attempt to access other customers' data or bypass security controls;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the service;
• overload, disrupt or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Recommendations and AI-generated content

PipeHalo's flags, explanations and recommendations are generated from your data using automated rules and AI models. They are meant to support your decisions, not replace them. Review recommendations before acting on them; you remain responsible for changes you make to your campaigns, budgets and systems.

Fees

Paid plans and pilots are billed as stated in your order or invoice. Fees are due as stated there and are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Our intellectual property

PipeHalo, its software, design and branding belong to PipeHalo LLC. These terms give you a limited right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Ending use

You can stop using PipeHalo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or other customers. After an account closes, we handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, PipeHalo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular business or advertising result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PipeHalo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. PipeHalo's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date, and notify customers of material changes before they take effect.
